Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your piece. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Pre-Order & Processing Time

All orders are pre-orders. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your piece to be handmade, quality checked, and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Product Availability

Due to the handmade nature of our products, certain items may become unavailable. In the event we are unable to fulfill an order, customers will be offered one of the following:

• A store credit for the full order amount
• An exchange for another product of equal or greater value
